I have been trying to eat healthier and the best way that I know of is to find some new recipes. As part of this, I have been having green smoothies every morning as part of my start of the day routine. This blender is sure coming in handy. I’ve whipped up a few different ones so far but this little recipe is my favorite at this time.
Want to blend one up? Just throw these ingredients together and try:
- a couple cups of water
- a cup of green tea
- a little lemon juice
- half a banana
- handful of spinach
- half of an avacodo
